BSFN to find Unit Price using Adv Pricing

Hello All:

My client is on E8.11 SP2/8.98. I would like to retrieve unit price of an item with Advance Pricing turned on. Is there a business function out there that I can utilize to get item price? I tried using a couple that I found but with no luck! 0 is being returned for the price with a warning stating no base price found.
