I get the following error when I access local web from EnterpriseOne Solution Explorer --> Tools --> EnterpriseOne Menu
An unknown JAS sign in error occurred. Please contact the System Administrator.

The SQL Server settings are correct.
How to debug the error ?

hi Rauf,
if this issue is sending in the Web Client, then, you need to remove the internet temporal file in Internet Option of Window's panel control. Sometimes, is necesary you will need to close all internet explorer windows.
