Inserting Media Object to an Item

We need to insert some item information on JDE so we thought of using Media Object for this purpose. The same information needs to send to 3rd party application. I'm wondering if there are some business functions that we can use to insert/retrieve media objects for items? thanks in advance for your help and support.

If you are lucky, then your media item is a URL. Then you can insert your Media Object directly into the F00165 with no further ado, once you sort out the key for that particular object type.

Is there a business function we can use to insert records on F00092 and F00165?
