PO creates Manufacturing Work Order

I have been trying to find a way to see if the a Purchase order in JDE can create a manufacturing Work Order. We are about to implement manufacturing to assit us with our outside operations. we create a PO and have to go and create a Work Order to finish up the Goods. Is there a way to automate this? PLEASE HELP

Why would you want to do it that way? Typically you create the WO and it creates a PO for the outside processing.Your router determines if outside processing is required dependent on it's setup.
