Also, could you tell where to look for a specific tables structure. Would be grateful for your kind help.

Can I suggest you download the Patwel Group's "ObjectBrowser"!
- http://www.patwel.com/downloads/index.htm

The tool will allow you to review an object (File, UBE, APPL, BSVW...) without any chance of accidentally modifying the object.

Most of the tables you want to review are System-Type tables, and I'd recommend you Do Not Want to change them.
