attaching test reports to B/L

I am not an IT professional, I work in Quality. Is it possible to have JD Edwards pull product test data and generate a report when we generate a B/L. If yes, where do we enter the data and how do we generate the report?
Our customers would like a test report on all material in a load when it ships.
