Batch Error last year batch appearing in today payments

I was checking my today payments and I saw this batch (M) from January 2011, and I don´t know why this batch has this date, if is it a mistake or is really a payment from 2011.

Is there a way to investigate how this happen, or how to correct it?

I cannot let this batc remain open.I know i can´t post a batch with that date.
