Free Goods Adjustment - Line Number?

I was curious how the Free Goods Adjustment determines its line number? We use it to add a Fuel Delivery Charge.

We are having an issue where it is coming up .010 vs. the 1.010?

I have looked at the Advance Pricing Module book, it explains setup but nothing in regards to the Line Number selection.

Any help or direction in this would be greatly appreciated!

If that picture is the line number after the F4211 is written, then that's a bug. Have you used up all the decimal places of the original line?

Base software should write either the next whole number, or a decimal value of the originating line. I can't recall which was our original logic. On the 4211 itself should be the originating line's info (in the originating line fields).
