Sales Lines Deleted without Trace

Hi,

Is there a possibility to delete the sales lines without a trace in any of the sales tables(F4211, F42199, F42119), if yes, what is the way.

Sales Order purge UBEs (R42119P,R42199P,R4201P,R4211P) or SQL statements may be culprit.

And there's always F49211

How to delete the sales lines using P4210 and it should not leave any trace in P4211, P42199 etc.

What is the use of delete line in row exit of P4210?
