How to change the portal for Handheld Device?? ????

Hi Everyone,
When log into E1 from handheld device it goes to PervasiveQuickLinks file I want it to behave as normal E1 client and go to E1 Menu and see the Fast Path and rest of the functionaliy. Is there a way to bypass the device from going to the above file and get to normal E1 Portal..?

Any help is appreciated...
