What do you mean by menu access?

Do you mean security on the programs themselves?

Alternatively, if you mean that you are creating custom menus for security then there is an easier way. The problem with menu security is that users can always use function keys to access away from programs on the menus.

2 Ways:

Difficult: Goto G901 in JDE and copy menus or set up masking.
Easy: Dont try and secure menus at all but use an ALLOut program to do it for you.

It depends what you need to do. If this is a one-off thing then use JDE, if this is an ongoing requirement and you need to secure your system, you should view one of our webinars because securing your system using JDE only is time consuming and doesnt work too well.
