Include Exchange Rate Variance in Weightde Avg Cost Calculations

In Canada we are using Weighted Average Cost (WAC). They update their exchange rate table daily. Canada buys many stock items from foreign suppliers. Canada cuts orders to foreign suppliers, receives the PO’s. Between the time the PO is received and the voucher to pay is created, if the exchange rate changes in the exchange rate table, a PV record is written to the Cardex. Our Canadian facility wants this PV variance included in their Weighted Average Cost calculation. The P4314 is turned on (for WAC calc), and the AAI 4330 & 4332 are setup correctly, but the variance is not being used in the WAC calculation. How can we include this PV variance in our cost calculation for WAC?

We're on E1 9.00 Update 2, TR 8.98.42
