How to create Audit Trials on F4105 cost file?

Is there by chance any way we can come up with an easier solution by putting an audit trail on changes made to this F4105 file in the UNCS field (unit Cost) so that when a cost change is made we can track who did it, when and what the change was?

If the INVENTORY cost is changed in F4105 and you have stock An IB transaction is created in F4111. The date, time and User ID is recorded there.
