Oracle tech has supplied a code fix for this issue I reported at A92 cume 1. Fix is in SAR:11728877
DESCRIPTION OF PROBLEM
======================
Once you have made a change to an address book record and the screen clears
to accept the change, you page up to go back to the record you changed and
the system takes you all the way back to the first record in the file. If
you press the down arrow, the system takes you to the last record in the
file.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE ISSUE
========================
1. Inquire on address book record (my example uses 19017)
2. 'C' in action code to perform any change. Screen will clear.
3. Press Page up and the program takes you all the way back to the first
record in the file rather than the record previous to the one you just
changed. This is the way the process worked in all previous releases I
tested, including A81 c6.

DESIRED OUTCOME
===============
Fix the program so that it remembers the last record you changed and doesn't
take you back to the first record in the file
