We'd like to start using Workflow, I don't have any experience with it but am a pretty quick study.
Here's what we'd like to do: When a Sales Order is released from Credit Hold, we'd like to send an email back to the last person who was working on it. That way our Branches (~200 in North America) don't have to keep checking back on the status of their orders.
Has anyone worked with Workflow using Credit Release? How hard was it? Any pointers? Is this going to turn into a big project?
