    Event Rule Debugger will not Launch

    Hello,

    I'm trying to launch the ER Debugger, but i 'll have an error message: "debugger initialization failed. unable to continue. see log files for more information".
    Did anyone resolve this issue?

    Can you provide you E1 release and TR and attach your log file.

    There is an issues with ER debugger in TR 8.97.
    EnterpriseOne 9.0, 9.2 TR. 9.2.x
    iSeries DB2 V7R1, Windows, Linux
    WebLogic 12c HTML Servers Win. 2016, Linux

    I used to get this, solved it be deleting C:\e810\system\Classes\BPM.jar (renaming is NOT enough!, it knows )

    Apparently this file is a hangover from a previous service pack which was not cleaned up properly...

    The E1 release is 8.11 and the TR 8.98.3.3

    I didn't found this file C:\e811\system\Classes\BPM.jar.
    Do you have any idea to resolve the issue or to found the BPM.jar?

    Also are you running English or another language on the OS?

    Thank you for your quick reply.
    I finally resolve the issue by following this document,
    E1: BSFN: ER Debugger and/or Workflow Modeler Do Not Launch After Upgrading to Tools Release 8.97 [ID 658720.1]

    After installing EnterpriseOne client, i just re-deployed the latest package to the workstation and that fixed the error.

    I am having the same problem above in my 9.1 DEMO version.

    I don't have access to the MY Orcle support. Please provide proper document here.

    We cannot simply post the document - it is a crime. We can share experience and our understanding to the document.

    Why don't you have My Oracle Support - that would be my first question?
