JDE install on citrix Server

I have installed JDE on a citrix server and as an admin can login without any problems. however when a normal user tries to login they are getting "oneworld could not load environment" and then "Oneworld could not verify your account.". If you then grant that user admin rights they can login.

So, can anyone confirm what permissions are required on which folders so that I don't have to give everyone admin rights on the citrix server?

1. Put the users in the 'Remote Desktop users' group.
2. Grant Modify access to 'Users' to 'B7' directory
3. Grant Modify access to c:\Jde*.* files.
