View PDF is not working. Same time View CSV working in Work with submitted jobs

After clicking on Work With Submitted jobs trying to view the Queues in View CSV and View PDF format. View CSV is working but View PDF is not working and not getting any error as well. Can you please help us to solve this prob.
Really appreciate immediate help as this is the prod prob

Clean up the %temp% folder on your Web client
Remove any "crapware" like Toolbars and gadgets that are
not strictly business related.

Open Adobe Reader.
Go to Edit -> Preferences
Click the Internet section on left.
Tick the "Display PDF in Browser" box.

Open Internet Explorer
Go to Tools -> Popup Blocker
Turn off pop-up blocker, or adjust settings to allow popups from your JDE domain.

Still in IE, go to Tools -> Internet Options -> Security.
Adjust security settings for the JDE zone to enable prompting for downloads and file downloads.

As prior poster suggested, uninstall any 'helper' IE toolbars that block popups.

Thanks for the response. My problem is from web clien(Citrix URL) I am not able to open up the PDF. But if I will go directly into citrix box and open the JDE and click on View PDF it works fine. The strange thing is today we are able to open with One user after sometime that user also faced the same problem.
