Business Services Server doesn't show as running in Server Manager

Business Services Server doesn\'t show as running in Server Manager

Hello,

We have a Business Services server up and running, and we are able to run our .NET app against it just fine. When I look at the Server in Server Manager, it always shows as down. The funny thing is I can go to the page for the WAS install (which does show as running), select the Business Services insance, and stop or start it through Server Manager, it just doesn't show as running. Any ideas? It appears as though this issue is keeping BSSV packages from deploying successfully, so I would like to get this resolved asap.
