Negative inventory quantities in 8.12

In earlier versions of E1 and World there was a setting to Allow/disallow negative quantities. For the life of me I cannot find it. Does anyone know if it has been removed and replaced with Processing Options?

There are now processing options in the applications. Issues, adjustments, transfers etc. Don't forget the PO Receipt Reversal application as well.
