F4211FSEndDoc Business Function Error

I keep getting this msg 'F4211FSEndDoc Business Function Error' when after Sales Order Details are entered & OK Button is pressed. Can anyone help in this regard, if you hv come across with the same issue
 
where do you see this error? does it occur every time? what do jde.log and jdedebug.log say?
