Sales Orders Ready for Shipment

Dear All,

I would like to run a report to see which "Sales Order" are ready for shipment that is the material required is available in stock.

Can this be only for orders where the orders are not on hold.

Also a report on sales orders which cannot be shipped due to material not being available with the item and quantity deficient.
