P40201 - Freight/Additional Cost Update

Does anybody have any information or documentation on P40201 - Freight/Additional Cost Update program? I am looking for all information available (how to use this application, what this application is for etc.)

I tried Oracle Metalink and the Web, but was unlucky.

I just checked support at oracle and I have several hits and documents listed for this program.

I am thinking you never really did a search but if you did, try again with search criteria "P40201"

The documents are there for a reason!
