Remove Grid Section Size

By default when you do a scroll to end JDE places the results in sections (ie section size) of 200.

regardless of performance implications does anyone know if it is possible (and how) to completely remove the section size on only one application?

Also does anyone know if it's possible to change the page size on just one application at a time BEYOND the FDA limit of 100?
