new 8.12/8.97 linked to Oracle 9i libraries instead of 10g

Hello,

We are in the process of performing an upgrade from 8.9 to 8.12, and we have run into an issue. We have run the platform pack and installed the Server Manager agent, and gotten the managed instance set up and upgraded the Tools Release to 8.97.1.2. However, when we try to start the services, we get the following error:

LoadLibrary - dlopen: No such file or directory
ld.so.1: jdenet_k: fatal: libclntsh.so.9.0: open failed: No such file or directory: No such file or directory
libvst.so: No such file or directory

So, for some reason, it looks like the 8.12 install got linked to the 9i library instead of the 10g library.

Has anyone run across this before? How do I fix this?

Thanks,
Matthew

The issue was that the LD_LIBRARY_PATH in the enterpriseone.sh file was not configured correctly.
