Copy a Report Version to a Report Template

Hello Listers!

Is it possible to copy a Report Version and convert it to a Template? I need my version to become a template so that I can change the Processing Option. If it is not possible, is there a way to change the Processing Option of the Version?

You cannot do this in the standard software, but you can do it with our "Code CopyCat" tool - please see our WEB site...

Its not possible to convert a version to template.

yes you can change the processing option values of the version at runtime .

but before that you have to checkout the version.

open the version in design.

on the general tab

there is one REVISE VERSION button. Click that button.
and than change the Promting field value to 2.

and than do the check in of the version.

run the report .so now if you run this version PO values will be displayed at runtime before finally report is executed.

According to me this is what you wanted.

Thank you for your answers.

But jitender, what I meant about Changing the Processing Option is not the value but the PO template itself. Is there other way of doing it?
