Copying Versions

Why does JDE give you an error and not let you check in a version that you
just copied and renamed?
Is this something that you have to setup in OMW?

Hi Eddie,

I am almost sure that this is an OMW related issue.
Would you send us more informations answering some questions because without these informations your issue is too general, so a general help would be "too general" or very-very long for every potencial situation.

1.) What kind of error do you get?
2.) Which environment (mainly Path Code is interesting!) are you working in?
3.) Is it a Batch or an Interactive version?
4.) Do you Copy/Check-In the version in OMW or in the Batch/Interactive Version application?
4.) Do you do it under your default project or under an other?
5.) What is the status of your default project (or of the other)?
6.) What is your User Role(s) in your default project (or in the other)?
7.) Have you any special OMW configuration or the shipped standard only?

Thanks.

Read You Again,

Zoltán
