Error while logging in

HI,

When ever I am opening solution explorer(E811.1 release), I am getting the following 2 errors:
-> Unable to load JVM.dll and
-> Unable to launch Broker.

I tried installing JVM, and restarted the system 5-6 times. Still the problem persists.I also reinstalled Enterprise one again. Still I am getting the errors.
