view pdf file on web client error

When I click view pdf on submit job, the Adobe occured error "The damage file could not be repaired".
I double check the adobe work normally, but I found the download size of pdf from server to adobe only have 2MB

How to increase the download size of pdf?

Well, you would be better off asking this question on the One World
forum list. We folks in World don't deal with pdfs. World and One
World are different technical environments.
