FDA Error: EFDAInvalidParameter

I have a custom edit subform with a number of custom buttons with ER code that has been working for weeks. Now, when I try to edit the event rules on a button, I get the error:

FDAArchive::GetFormData - No legacy WINDATA for the form, S585200A

Press Cancel to Exit, Retry to Debug.

If I retry to debug, I get a C++ runtime error.

I get the same behavior on other development machines.

Seems like a spec issue to me. Try to do GET or Chekout from server and see if that works.
