Adding Acquired Company / Location to Current Install

Hello List,

We recently acquired company C in the UK, and are faced with the challenge of either allowing them to implement their own selected ERP system (Infor?), or bringing them on - under the umbrella of our JDE installation.

We have upgraded to E1 8.12 and increased both the capacity and throughput of our JDE system. For our previous acquisition, company B, we set up seperate company numbers, business units, etc. This allowed for sharing both business data and other aspects of our current configuration. The development requirements were extensive, but this proved to be a good solution.

In this case, we would like to allow company C to function as a seperate entity, but in a way that would have them share our CNC / Development staff, as well as our systems and software (JDE).

Would you kindly share your considerations for addressing this issue? I understand that there are many ways to approach this, but I thought it best to sound it by 'the List'.
