Hi, I tried to display all employees salary (SAL ) in a Tabular report , for that I attached V060116(Employee master Table BSV ) to the detail section but in the output I’m able to see the summation of all salary(SAL) in a single line ..Maybe that is the dynamic property for tabular section ….please give any alternative for displaying all salary (SAL) in a single report with Tabular section .Thanks

If you don't NEED to use a tabular section, I suggest you do NOT use it. You may use a Group, or a Columnar section.

PS The Tabular section is (mostly) used for consolidating / summarizing financial accounts amounts.

Hi Siva,

If I understood you correctly, you want to display each employee with their salary on the report. If that is the case, then add the Employee number in the Section Sequence and run the report.I guess this will do the trick.

Please update us with results

HI, I'have added Employee ID in the data sequence . But still getting the same output .

I think that when you are on the Data Sequencing in RDA for a tabular
report, you need to have a field set as a level break in order for the
tabular section to summarize at that level. Otherwise, it gets rolled up
in the detail for another level break.

Hi KSK,

you need to put sorting on AN8 and enable level break then u will get all employees salaries and totals of the same in the last line.
Ellen Deak is absolutely right.
Refer the attached screenshot of the same. still if you have anything, please let us know.
