How to change automatic messages sent by e-mail?

We use approval routing here and the approver receives an e-mail sent automatically by the system. The problema is that the message is in english and our language here is portuguese.
How Can I change this message to portuguese language or change the text by ourselves?

Not sure if this is the same thing but, isn't that in the Data Dictionary Design menu?

    Hi Robson,

The text is derived from Message DD Item LM0016.

How can I add one variable value(&1) in LM0016?
    Which workflow is using
LM0016? So I will change directly there.

You can assign values to parameters in DD item using template substitution. This is a system function under messaging section . Template substituion allows you to select DD item and all the parameters in there will be visible , which you can map and then derive an output text . Then this can be used in emails or body .

If you are using embedded BI publisher , this can be done in report definition where this DD item can be used for a message body or subject line . For this DD item , needs to have a DSTR associated with it corresponding to & values you have . Then in the report you can RV variables and which can then be mapped here in report definition

    Hope this helps .
