Disabling Marble Background

Unlike riding a bicycle, I've forgotten a few simple things about JDE...

Can anyone refresh my memory on how to disable the marble wallpaper in JDE
and use plain greay instead? Is it system wide or per user profile?

Thanks.

I sure hope there is a way to do this. According to JDE there isn't, but
I'm hopeful that someone on this list knows how!!!!!!!

Hi,

As far as I can remember you could play with the:
PWndBackground=onemenu.bmp
setting under the
[INTERACTIVE RUNTIME]
section of the jde.ini file on the workstation(s).

Unfortunately, I do not remember how, so my suggestion could be only:

1.) Try to set it to "NONE"
2.) Disable or delete this line
3.) Delete, rename or remove the "onemenu.bmp" file from your "res" sub-folder under your \b7\PathCode\ folder.

Please, let us know if one of it works (and which) or if none of them works. Thanks.

If you just comment it out with a ; at the beginning. It helps with remote
desktop tools.
