OWM add object failure

Hello List,
We just put on service pack 15 this last weekend. After the SP15 was installed
I am having problems adding an object to the default project. I am getting the
following error: Commit or Rollback error.

This are the entries into the jde.log:

Does anyone have an idea what the problem is.
