Hi Lists,
My client produce the same item (one item number) with different grades. Customers will order some items in specific grades. By setting the master preference, I can achieve what they need. However, for some items the grades can be back up (be substituted) for each other and it can be one way or more complex.
The client has their own grading rules already but is not logical enough. Any suggestion that how can I use the JDE sofeware to solve this problem ? Any comments are appreciated !
