Software Updates application problem

I am trying to access the application for Software Updates on the Deployment Server. I am getting an error message "Unable to retreive BLC Spec for BusinessFunction CheckLanguageEnvironmentStatus. I have never seen this error before and so far can't find this error message on this forum. Has any one ever seen this before?

Hi Stephanie,

Looks like NER "CheckLanguageEnvironmentStatus" (N96761S) is corrupt. Try following:-

1. Check out and Build the NER
2. Synchronize JDEBLC

One more thought, Are you logging into JDEPLAN while accessing application for Software Updates?
