Kapil,
Log into the Enterprise SAW (http://<jas server>:<port>/jde/saw), identify the kernel you want to debug, and click the "On" link on the right hand side of the screen. Perform your test and then click the magnifying glass for that process in the Debug column. The log will open in a new browser window.
If you want it for the whole system, I'm pretty sure you can still do it the "old-fashioned" way of changing the jde.ini to debug=FILE and bouncing services.
