Only the Last Page shows after the split with CreateStream

I'm running some detail reports and it's strange. When running thru CreateStream only the last page of the report shows if the last page does not contain a detail line (only has headers or totals). I've turned logging full on and I can see that it writes the first 6 pages and then something happens and it overlays it with another write that is only the last page. How do I stop this?

Obviously there is may be a problem with the Stream script. so,it would help if you post the split rule(s) and send conditions (If available).
