Help on Tabular Report

Hi All,
I need information on the Sections that is "Do Tabular Break" and Do Section of Tabular Report...
Exactly what is the Difference btw them
Can anybody help me out with this???...
Actually I'm supposed 2 Calculate the Balances and Total it on Company and JV Cutbck....So I'm using Tabular Report as the Requirement is to Sub Total and Grand Total...
