Detail Costs and Landed Cost

Hello All,
Is there any possibility to record landad cost and purchase cost as cost components ?

For purchased items in a warehouse, i.e. not using manufacturing costing, Product Cost Detail allows creating cost components which are in additiona to purchase price of the item ( in Inventory Management, option in Branch Plant Constants to turn it on, special UBE for cost simulation, standard Frozen Update UBE ). This will use the Material Burden 4337 AAI for Receiving, and will also cause a split of COGS at time of sale.
Landed costs provides functionality to mark up the cost of the item based on additional costs.
They do work differently, and there are some things to consider, such as Landed Costs will override Material Burden, Landed Costs works best with Weighted Average Costing ( I think ) while Product Cost Detail works with Standard Costing.
These were promoted as Landed Costs for additional costs for an order, whereas Product Cost detail is at the item level - not sure if I agree with that.
