Can we have a tract of sent mail

If I send a mail to a friend Can I have a track of that

When you send a private message, click "I want to keep a copy of my message".

Hi Eric,

Would be great, if we will can set our default setting in our profile for "I want to keep a copy of my message" as well as for "Read Receipt".

I forgot to set them many times
