E812 full pkg error JDB9900436 - Cannot determine database driver name for driver type \"O\"

Jdedwards812 with oracle 10g release 2 successfully installed in process of full package build from central object client package successfully build but server package is giving some errors

Had the same issue recently. Don't know what platform you are on, but for me, the SID of the DB has to match the connection name. I had created a fully qualified name for the Oracle connection, which in the past worked fine, but I found that until I made the connection name the same as the SID, I got the error message you described. This was on a W2K3 server.
