How to make task view secure in E8.10. I mean if user will login then he can see his task only.

i don't have 8.10 but in 8.11 you can use 1) the Solution Explorer "filtering," and filter the task views per role or 2) application security (which autmatically filters anything a user doesn't have access to from the tree of the task view). Both approaches work well on the web. I am sure it is the same in 8.10

You can use Fine-Cut option to restrict the Task Views access. You can find the same in Explorer page.
