Support for Coexistence to end 8/03

We have recently been informed by JDE that the support for 'XE' , the coexistent version of OneWorld, will end in August, 2003. This should be of grave concern to many of us on World today who have been planning a controlled, coexistent, migration to oneworld based on the date February, 2005 for dropping support of World.

I request all of you through for JDE Client Manager to challenge this date for dropping coexistent support. I feel in order to facilitate a smooth (well as smooth as possible) migration we need to have this support date be at least coterminat with the end support date for World.

JDE says they take customer input seriously, this is a time to test that statement.

Does anyone know the names of who, at JDE, we could contact to express our grave concern about this? I am concerned that telling our client manager is not enough and we should contact someone above them. Any ideas, thoughts will be appreciated.
