Mouse Settings (Accessing JDE via Citrix)

User is setup for left handed everything until she goes into JDE, then her mouse converts to right handed. this wouldn't be an issue but her mouse tray and everything is on the left hand side. User is not having issues with other citrix applications.

Never seen this come up before. Is this a citrix issue.. or is JDE just ignoring the settings since all other apps are working OK? Is there any setting on JDE side that needs to be set?

I use a left-handed mouse and it's still left-handed when I access JDE in Citrix. I didn't have to do anything to set it up, it's just how it works. Is your user's network I.D. the one she's using to sign onto Citrix? That's the only thing I can think of that might make a difference.

Thanks for the reply. I talked with our sys admin guys, and they recommended uninstalling/reinstalling the citrix ICA client. We plan to do that next week (after closing).. Hopefully that will fix the problem in JDE.
