B91300C Launch Batch Application

I'm trying to use Business Function B91300C in a UBE that runs on our server to call another UBE that I want to run locally. Is this possible? I setup System - B7333 OCM to run the UBE I'm calling from the business function to run local. Is that the OCM mapping that is being used or the B7333 Server Map. I also have the B7333 Server Map to run the called UBE locally - do I have to bounce services for this change to take effect?

Any insight would be greatly appreciated.
