Java application error

We install the EOne 8.11, Websphere 5, Oracle 9.2
Sometimes, thir error occurs:
Application popup: java.exe - Application Error : The instruction at "0x77789674" referenced memory at "0xba790014". The memory could not be "read".
And the 8.11 stop.
Somebody can help??

Did you ever solve this issue? I am experiencing the same thing when I try to generate a particular object. It fails every time with the message you wrote earlier. I've contacted GSC, but they can't seem to help me.
