OneWorld Logon to Citrix - No response

Have anyone encountered such scenario before? Please help... thnaks...

- after logging on to citrix, able to authenticated from Active directory.

- able to see the application menu.

- prompted for ID and password and authentication seem to take place.

- try to launch OW, you get nothing. Nothing comes out. But if you try to access another OW for branch company, you are OK.

- It doesn’t matter which user ID is trying to access. You would get the same result on this PC.

- The user ID is perfectly normal on other workstation.

- Re-installing or upgrading the ICA Web Client would not help.
 
Please clarify something for me, is the Citrix farm a new farm or is it an existing farm that was working and all of a sudden stopped working?
