Is there a way within OneWorld to have certain messages contain short cut links (workflow_system messages) and others not (jde_system messages)?

We need the short cut link in our workflow messages but the short cut links are causing problems in our JDE _System messages. Since there is only one ShortCutType defined and that multiple JDEMAIL stances are not defined. Is this truly all or nothing as far as using the short cut type link?
